1. Services
Perth Luxe Social Co provides premium social companionship, event accompaniment, hospitality hosting, and curated lifestyle experiences.
All services are strictly legal, professional, and platonic in nature.
We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
2. Eligibility
Clients must:
- Be 18 years or older
- Provide accurate booking information
- Conduct themselves respectfully and lawfully
Any inappropriate, abusive, unsafe, or illegal behaviour will result in immediate termination of services without refund.
3. Bookings & Payments
- A booking is confirmed only after deposit/payment is received.
- Deposits may be non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Full payment may be required prior to the scheduled engagement.
- Pricing is subject to change without notice.
4. Cancellations
Client Cancellations
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled booking may forfeit deposits or payments.
- Perth Luxe Social Co reserves the right to charge cancellation fees where applicable.
Company Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse bookings due to:
- Safety concerns
- Inappropriate conduct
- Unforeseen circumstances
- Failure to comply with these Terms
Where appropriate, refunds may be issued at our discretion.
5. Client Conduct
Clients agree:
- To maintain respectful behaviour
- Not to engage in illegal activity
- Not to pressure, harass, or endanger staff or contractors
- Not to record, photograph, or publish content without consent
Any breach may result in immediate termination of services.
6. Confidentiality
All interactions are expected to remain private and confidential between parties unless legally required otherwise.
7. Limitation of Liability
Perth Luxe Social Co is not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential loss
- Personal decisions made by clients
- Delays or disruptions outside our control
- Third-party venues or service providers
Use of our services is at your own discretion and risk.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content including branding, logos, text, graphics, and media are the property of Perth Luxe Social Co and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
9. Website Use
You agree not to:
- Misuse the website
- Attempt unauthorised access
- Use the site for unlawful purposes
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia and Australia.
